I am unsure of the shortcuts for formatting in these forums olderkwozzy... aside from the basic ones for bold, underline etc....
This is because these forums use "tags" rather than the simpler editing available on the old forums...
If you choose "Use rich formatting" rather than just reply, you can use the post box exactly like a word processor. That is, to change the size of text, you highlight and then choose the size from the drop down box on the toolbar....

Unfortunately OM, some browsers won't access the rich text formatting. One of the things we reported in the testing. I think it has something to do with flash and java ........ not sure ..... but think so.

There are actually 30 different browsers that are used on Windows.
Of the popular ones, some versions of Chrome and Opera have problems (I think it depends on what java and flash are being used also), And Safari and SeaMonkey have issues.
There can be issues also on Linux based systems, and there are quite a few Linux users on the forums.
Personally, I wouldn't class it as a fault of the new system. It's more a fault of the browsers or browser settings. But a lot of people using them aren't that savvy to understand that.
